Because we sell hemp-derived, adult-use products, our refund and return policy has a few important limitations for safety, compliance, and product integrity reasons.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, including all labels, seals, and tamper-evident features intact

We cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with, due to health, safety, and regulatory concerns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Any opened hemp or THC product (including joints, vapes, gummies, or flower)

Products with damaged or broken tamper-evident seals

Products not purchased directly from moonmen.shop (please contact the original retailer)

Sale, clearance, or promotional “final sale” items where noted
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Once our team reviews your claim, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:

In some cases, we may request that you return the product before a replacement or refund is issued. If a return is required for a damaged/incorrect item, we will typically provide a prepaid return label.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns (i.e., not damaged/defective/incorrect items).
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or denied.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer
We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a refund in certain situations, which will be clearly communicated during the process.
Shipping charges paid on the original order (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective item.
6. Exchanges
In some cases, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, such as:
